Risk Economics, Inc. presented at Wharton / Oliver Wyman / Cambridge Conference

David K.A. Mordecai participated in the Conference The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Lessons from the Market Crises. Dr Mordecai joined a panel that discussed The Bad – Cat Risks, external disasters, and spoke on The practitioner’s view – the evolution of structured credit, and lessons from other markets. Other panel participants were Dr. Thomas Garside, Chairman of Oliver Wyman, Professor Neil Doherty Professor of Risk and Insurance, Wharton School and Professor Francis Diebold, J.M. Cohen Professor of Economics, Finance and Statistics, Wharton School.

The conference was jointly sponsored by The Wharton School, The Oliver Wyman Institute, and Cambridge University’s Judge Business School and held on June 29th 2008, at Claridges, London UK.
